Ten Accountable Suggestions for Medical Education
 
 
Considering the importance of accountability of medical science universities towards the community and taking into account the approvals contained in the Declaration of the National Congress on accountable education and emphasis on the continuation of activities in accountability of the educational system as well as the emphasis of the education deputy of ministry and other health education experts, it was decided at the Scientific Committee meeting on a one-day conference of accountable medical education that each metropolitan area select a maximum of three items in priority from among the ten approved suggestions or other related subjects of interest and fields and announce them to the permanent secretariat for the implementation and achievement of the desired goals.

Therefore, authorities of accountable and equity-based package in the metropolitan areas and other higher health education experts are kindly asked to announce their three priorities as soon as possible and study and complete the following registration form for the priorities of metropolitan areas.

Suggestion 1:
Presenting and approving strategies for directing education in the community and towards society and drawing participation of community institutions with medical universities.

Suggestion 2: Providing solutions to some of the evaluation criteria for students and assistants in relation to their role in implementing activities community areas

Suggestion 3: Reviewing and developing ability-based curriculums as the accountability axis of for curriculums by determining the qualification framework of the department -field-different levels.

Suggestion 4: Offering an option to medical students (if interested) to design and implement one or more missions related to health issues in the community instead of writing theses (follow up for the plan in the planning and approval commission)

Suggestion 5: directing policy makers of the accreditation system in the triple validation indicators towards the requirements and examples of universities accountability (methods and objective examples)

Suggestion 6: Designing a continuous promotion system and continuous maintenance of quality as the most important indicator of universities accountability and developing and implementing effective methods for evaluating it (providing strategies)

Suggestion 7: Leading the student assessment system towards accountable assessment

Suggestion 8: Providing strategies for the operational integration of healthcare deputies with medical education field

Suggestion 9: Defining and leasing missions related to social accountability to metropolitan areas

Suggestion 10: Designing methods for summarizing experiences, examples and accountability indicators
